For Citibank, I was a driving force behind the launch of the financial powerhouse CCB Gateway. This case study goes through the CCB Style Guide, tone, and voice, and the process for building out Gateway. It heralds Citi’s standards for our institutional clients in a single platform that marries both accessibility needs and a modern design full of complex financial services.

For Verizon, both in-store retail and online customer experiences, engaging interaction design that increase our sales funnels drove the design decisions.

For Sears Canada, a full in-depth branding strategy for every CX touchpoint was implemented, with mobile top of mind. This rebrand aims to refresh the current logo to a sleek and modern one while maintaining the Sears Canada voice.

For BloxXwop, (previously BlokCoin), I led innovation and marketing for the new blockchain-based exchange. As the brand was built, I established typography and brand standards, owning the brand end-to-end from competitive analysis to defining users’ behaviors. The case study walks through the psychology-driven decisions as well as the design process for the blockchain exchange.
