Bridge built by Citi – a lending platform

Bridge is a lending platform that connects lenders and borrowers – leveling the playing field and putting power into the hands of small to mid sized companies, allowing them to have a competitive overview of offers presented their way. Like a fintech, I’ve built an experience that is disruptive to both the process of business lending as well as how design serves this unique offering to our users. A product of CitiVentures’ D10X (incubator which pairs in-house entrepreneurs with product teams within Citi’s Institutional Clients Group & Global Wealth organization to innovate and propel Citi forward). As a CitiVentures D10X initiative, Bridge is among the ranks of Hopper and Betterment.

Verizon Privacy Dashboard

In today’s world, we have so much technology, and consumers. Privacy is critical to the digital experience. The Verizon Privacy Dashboard is here to help people access their information, manage their preferences and data, and build transparency and trust. People need to feel secure with their brands and the information they disclose being in their hands. The Verizon Privacy Dashboard’s landing page is the first place to go to when making an informed decision about data stored by our website.

TASK: Upgrade the existing landing page to an updated experience with better imagery, educational and informative content, and an experience that empowers users to make their own choices regarding their information, or that of the respective accounts they’re authorized to manage.

Citi Commercial Bank Gateway

Citi’s Commercial Bank Gateway serves as the hallway to the doors of financial services for commercial clients, offering a variety of services from opening a new line of credit, all the way to interacting with a personal Citi Representative. Boasting an intuitive, seamless onboarding process, along with a powerful homepage guiding users to the top financial services based on their habits and needs. Clients can see Total Cash Balances, aggregated across all their Citi products, manage their lending facilities, and an at a glance view of their account opening status. Gateway is a Commercial Banking powerhouse, a highly detailed and customizable platform allowing you to take control of your financial outlook.

Take a deep-dive into the process I took from the beginning to execution of Gateway’s intricate homepage. Following an Agile framework, I built out the best in-class digital commercial banking resource for a variety of users within this unique landscape. Having started with a week-long workshop, countless client interviews and a vision, over several months, I’ve built upon research to design a client-facing experience that merges complex data with a seamlessly beautiful experience. BlokCoin Exchange

Blockchain and cryptocurrencies are the future of storage of value and carrying out financial transactions. BlokCoin aims to provide an efficient, convenient and relatively cheap platform to enable such trading. With the unique features of the exchange and the BlokCoin token, cryptocurrency traders & investors will reap the benefits of a much more improved marketplace and trading platform. We offer convenience, control, efficiency, and exclusivity.

My Verizon App Promo Page

Since Q3 2017, Verizon launched MYVZ App(My Verizon App) messaging and new video content that merchandises the App under the BFAGR(Best for a good reason) umbrella. They looked for methods to improve the MYVZ App elements in proximity to a static environment. My goal in this brief was to refresh the existing App Landing Page to align with the MYVZ App integrated campaign and with our overall brand strategy, highlighting Verizon’s rewards program and the key features the app offers through static and digital elements. I aimed to minimize confusion and boredom, increase online engagement and simplify the design and messaging through improved UX.

In total, I was tasked to complete this digital experience over a period of 14 days. The experience went through two rounds of creative reviews and a review at the executive Vice President level before handing off to our in-house development team. By providing MYVZ Rewards with higher relevance, in my iterations, I tightened the gap between the Landing Page and the BFGR campaign, resulting in a more functional, effective landing page experience, reducing click rates and increasing downloads.

Verizon Retail – Device Showcase

Verizon is dedicated to delivering the most innovative technology solutions to our customers’ lives, work, and play.
Customers are more informed today than ever. And when it comes to smartphones, rarely is retail customers’ first exposure to new products.
This showcase experience aligns with how customers shop today by showcasing highlighted features of the devices we display in-store in an interactive way – through an attract loop video that captivatingly breaks into a simple website experience. I was tasked, along with a copywriter, to build out wireframes and storyboards for an immersive experience that engages customers to our products. Within a 5 week period, I built out a variety of boards that were sent to our Manufacturers for approval, presented the concepts to our Stakeholders, made casting and Production decisions in the field, aligned with our video and retouching teams on Post-production, and delivered assets for development.

Sears Canada Rebrand

Sears Canada offers a wide range of home merchandise, apparel and automotive products and services through more than 1,320 Sears stores in the U.S. and Canada. That includes more than 790 full-line and more than 50 specialty stores in the U.S. It’s the top company providing home services in the U.S.
However, not many young adults seem to go to the store. This rebrand aims to refresh the current logo to a sleek and modern one while maintaining the Sears Canada voice.
