My Verizon App Promo Page
Since Q3 2017, Verizon launched MYVZ App(My Verizon App) messaging and new video content that merchandises the App under the BFAGR(Best for a good reason) umbrella. They looked for methods to improve the MYVZ App elements in proximity to a static environment. My goal in this brief was to refresh the existing App Landing Page to align with the MYVZ App integrated campaign and with our overall brand strategy, highlighting Verizon’s rewards program and the key features the app offers through static and digital elements. I aimed to minimize confusion and boredom, increase online engagement and simplify the design and messaging through improved UX.
In total, I was tasked to complete this digital experience over a period of 14 days. The experience went through two rounds of creative reviews and a review at the executive Vice President level before handing off to our in-house development team. By providing MYVZ Rewards with higher relevance, in my iterations, I tightened the gap between the Landing Page and the BFGR campaign, resulting in a more functional, effective landing page experience, reducing click rates and increasing downloads.
